About Lee

I am the Principal Broker of Alternative Real Estate.  I have lived on St. Croix for 28 years and have been in the real estate business for 21 years.  I have earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation.

I am what is known as a "Crucian by Choice" and consider St. Croix my home.

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked for Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company as a Systems Analyst in NJ and for the Virgin Islands Government as a Personnel Analyst.

I served as President of the St. Croix Board of Realtors for 2009. I have served as President of the St. Croix Multiple Listing Service for the years 1997 and 1998 and was instrumental in bringing in a new MLS system.  I served as Chairperson of the Advertising and Signs Committee of the St. Croix Board of Realtors for 2006-2008. 

I work in partnership with my licensed assistant, Michelle J. Moore.  Michelle was born and raised on the island of St. Croix and has been licensed since 2003.  Before becoming a Realtor, Michelle worked for the United States Attorney's Office and for the Law Offices of R. Eric Moore as a paralegal and office manager.
